Shipping
Australia Wide:
All domestic parcels are shipped via Australia Post Express with a signature required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a note will be left for you detailing where you can collect your parcel. You will be required to bring ID to collect it. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been posted, so you can keep track of your parcel too.
International:
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post. You can choose an Express or Standard option, both of which will require a signature on delivery. Both options will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the item has been posted.
Please note the value of the parcel is declared as required by Australian law. The recipient may incur and will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and taxes imposed by the local government of the destination country. If your package attracts any of these fees, then payments of these amounts are required to release your order from customs.
These costs are outside of House of Frost Jewellery’s control and therefore are not included in the purchase price. Duties for every country vary and can change on a regular basis.
Please note when placing an international order, the shipping time frame may be subject to change due to obstacles outside of our control.
Design Revisions
At House of Frost our priority is your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes it takes a little while to finalize your perfect design. That is fine. In our design consult and design processes we include two minor design changes as part the package. If we need to do any major design changes or more than two minor design changes then a charge will be added at $45 per hour.
Warranties
All House of Frost jewellery comes with a 12 month warranty. This covers manufacturing faults only, it does not cover change of mind or normal wear and tear.
If you require this service please email us on the contact page and put in the subject line: Warranties Claim. Please attach to the email good photographs of the fault and the tax invoice which was sent with your parcel. Rest assured after revising the photos we will be in contact promptly to advise you of how next to proceed.
House of Frost’s trusted jewellers will either proceed to repair the item, or if we deem it necessary we will replace the item we supplied.
The House of Frost warranty does not cover any work done by other jewellery professionals i.e. setting work done on mounts or semi mounts. You will need to contact the jeweller whom you originally contracted to do that work.
House of Frost jewellery warranty will be void if it is taken to any other jeweller for repair before us. If you have an issue with our product then please don't hesitate to contact us first. We are always willing to resolve any issues we can.
