Determining Your Ring Size
It can be a daunting prospect determining your finger size but it is simpler than you think. Just keep the following in mind:
Left and Right hands are usually not the same, your more dominant hand tends to have bigger finger sizes then your less dominant hand
The weather can affect the size of your fingers so avoid taking your finger size in overly hot and cold weather
The time of day and certain medications can affect the size of your fingers also
Wider Rings (7mm and wider) tend to be harder to get on and off - always opt for a slightly larger size if you are buying a wider ring
If you need to resize a ring it is normally cheaper to resize a ring smaller
If you have large knuckles or arthritic knuckles then you need to make sure that the ring will go over the knuckle easily
Finger Sized by a Professional
This is the favourite sizing choice of House of Frost Jewellery. At your trusted manufacturing jeweller get them to measure your finger and write down the size for you.
A good fit should mean the ring will go on easily but be a bit firm to come off. Remember to measure the finger that you intend to wear your new ring on - the same finger on the opposite hand will be a different size.
